SitSalt
A saffron bowl on a cream plate, seen from above.

The salt of the sit.

Each day, a plate. A few words on why that food helps. Then a short sit, led in the Kundalini tradition.

The practice is coming to iPhone.

The practice

A day has three parts.

A plate

Food for the day, in plain words. Something to cook, or something already in the kitchen.

Why that food

A short note on the benefit. What this food brings to the meal, and to the hours after it.

A short sit

A few minutes. Breath, a posture, a small sequence in the Kundalini tradition. You do it where you are. It stays on the device.

About the name

Salt is the small thing that finishes a plate. A sit is the short while you stay afterward. SitSalt is the day those two share: the meal, and the practice that follows. One name, used again tomorrow.
